Established in 1958 by William C. Berman (semi-retired). In 1992 the practice was sold to Dennis W. Berman, Bill's son. The firm provides tax, accounting and consulting services to individuals and small businesses. We currently provide services to more than 2400 individuals and about 100 small businesses. The longevity of the firm is attributed to the quality of personalized services we provide. We also take great pride in educating our clients so they have a good understanding of the matters that pertain to them.

The firm consists of Three full-time professionals, one full-time administrative staff, and two part-time professionals. We also employ four seasonal professionals and four seasonal administrative staff. There is always someone available to help.

Five staff members are licensed to represent taxpayers before the IRS and other government agencies.  If you have tax problems, we can help!
